Key Differences between Kingdom and The Church

There is so much to add on this subject, but to remain in context, to why this page, "Come & Serve Your Church", the following in written to help you, and prevent church hurt, to relay serving expectations. 

In a church, there are many agendas to try and stop the reason for the churches existence. 

There are a number of people who are either being used by satan or by their flesh, (which is a discussion in itself), to prevent the agenda of the church. 

Christians who are flesh driven, pose the most risk in a church

When we were birthed, as a discipleship focused ministry, we were known as Saturday Guys, (SG), & As SG, we've never been 'church' focused. We've always been Kingdom focused. 

Therefore it did not matter if you tried to 'break down' the church or stop any formation of church, or organisation, as this was never the motive or agenda for the SG gatherings. 

Everyone in a church serves one person. The Bishop of the church. 

All ministries in the church serves the Bishop or Overseer, or Elder(s), or Pastor of the Church, (depending on your doctrinal background, or Theological interpretation of church structure or governing positions in a church).

SG, was Kingdom focused, we empowered people to serve Jesus through their conscience, that is, how The Holy Spirit spoke to your conscience, and by conviction moved you, which is open to your own personal interpretation, and your interpretation is the only one that mattered, as you answered to GOD only by what you did, as no one was a "member" of SG, & therefore no organisational agenda or representation was ever in the conversation. 

In a church, you serve Jesus by serving the leader of that church, [the bishop, in The Community's context of appointing leadership], which is not open to interpretation. Only The Bishops interpretation matters in the expression of serving the vision and agenda of The Community. Because Community Church, (established by The Bishop of the church), worked out the vision, direction as well as impact desired to make for The Kingdom of GOD. 

Therefore, satanic, or the agenda of the flesh, is to prevent the divine expression of the corporate call on the Bishop, which is the direct and indirect benefit of the church that is called to come together and to serve the Bishop, that is to be an extension of the Bishop. 

People in The Community have increased in fruit, (that is, in spirit, in faith, in love, hope, kindness, goodness, peace, prospered, promoted, blessed, and more), because of the sacrifice that the Bishop made, and by no one else's sacrifice. Because of that, the Bishop, has 'rights' or 'benefits' or 'access' that no one else has to GOD, that impacts regions, or areas. Therefore how the Bishop does something, is between the Bishop and GOD and therefore, all serving teams serve the Bishop of their church, as you all are an extension of the Bishop - your service that is; and in terms of judgment, it is the Bishop who is judged more harshly and is responsible for so much more. Therefore, we the church pray for our Bishops, (leaders), as it is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of GOD. 

When someone refuses to submit their service to the Bishop, they are creating a pocket, this is to create diverticula in the body or fold, known as The Community in this context. These pockets, create splintering ministries, that are unhealthy for the body and that stop the vision of The Community from coming to pass. Therefore stopping the 'corporate' calling over the Bishops life, which is the benefit of the people in The Community, becomes a satanic move and is not in favour of The LORD.
